We believe God intended life to be lived in community. While our worship services are great for worship and hearing the Word of God, ministering is where a life of faith is lived out. It’s where we build close relationships, bear one another’s burdens, and wrestle with our fears, doubts and what it means to follow Jesus in our daily lives. Our various ministries are based on common phase of life and organized around a particular study topic. If you are interested in learning more, or would like to visit, please call our church home at 704-392-7146 or email us at MountZion821@gmail.com.

Men's Ministry
Psalm 133:1 reminds us of "How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity! It's like precious oil on the head...For there, the Lord bestows His blessings, even life forevermore." Men's fellowships and activities will be held to provide our men with the opportunity to come together for "Iron Sharpens Iron" ministry and to allow the elder men to mentor our younger men. Activities will be planned geared toward building stronger family units and positive male role modeling for kingdom building and edification. Join us for Men's Ministry and for our Men's Day Celebration which is held the 3rd Sunday in September.

Women's Ministry
Our mothers teach us the way of the Lord and remind us that, "He will make a way out of no way." Women's fellowships will be held to encourage women as they seek God's destiny and purpose for their lives. Our ladies will know they have sisters who are willing to help them pursue and achieve those dreams and aspirations of spiritual growth the Lord is calling them to. There will also be Mother-Daughter and Sister-to-Sister activities to help strengthen family bonds, communication, and mentoring among women and young ladies. Come out and join us for Women's Ministry activities and for our Annual Women's Day on the 2nd Sunday in August!

Youth Ministry
"If we don't teach our children to follow Christ, the world will teach them not to." Because children are great imitators, we must give them something great to imitate! Teaching children to count is fine; but teaching them what counts is best. -Bob Talbert. Proverbs 22-6 tells us to train up our children in the way they should go, and when they get older, the things we have taught them and shown them and lived before them, will not depart from them nor will our children depart from their teachings and training. So, even when things don't appear to look like they are working, just be reassured in your "faith in God," that it's working for your good, and for the good of your children! Keep praying and continue to keep the faith and feel free to bring your young people out to participate in our youth ministry activities.

Ushers and Greeters Ministry
This area of "helps ministry" plays a vital role in the warm and welcoming spirit of the church. Our ushers and greeters help create a loving and embracing hospitality experience so we can all enjoy a wonderful worship experience! It's awesome to be able to help provide an atmosphere where people can feel the Father's love, rejoice in Jesus, and feel the power of God as the Holy Spirit ministers His precious truth to every soul.

Adopt a Senior
This is a special ministry where we take time to sow into and remember our elders with love, gratitude, respect, and appreciation.
